Yesterday I bought Adom some Color Wonder markers and special paper. He loves them!! And I love them!! They only color on the special paper and nothing else... good for momma. So this is what we do during the day when we're not in the park. I've been trying to think of ways to keep him busy while we're inside. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Is he old enough for legos yet? I know Gigi should have a lot of them. Those always kept us busy for hours and hours, sometimes all day.
have you looked into MOPS? Mothers of Preschoolers, there are so many diff groups in Austin and they are usually located at churches. My friend, Aimee joined one in LA. The wonder color paints are great too, the girls have them and they work the same way as the colors. Girls love play-do and chalk too! You guys will get your groove. I used to walk Taget, Wal-Mart and Hobby Lobby when I 1st moved here just to break up the day. I have kind of reverted to it again lately since having kids.
I could send you some information on basic rifle marksmenship, or maybe tank gunnery skills. I'm going to have my kid go over tank formations and hand to hand combat to keep em' busy... just fun kid stuff! =)
